The female uniform consists of a white undershirt with a long-sleeved, buttercup yellow shirt and red bow tie over top. The sleeves are puffy at the shoulders with white cuffs at the wrists. Additionally, students wear a black pleated skirt with white lines in a plaid pattern. The shoes are brown loafers.

- According to the official website, it was the first middle school built in Mitakihara City and was reconstructed years later.
- According to a question survey filled by Madoka, the school has a Crafts and Gardening Club, where Madoka is a member of.
- In the third audio drama CD, Madoka and Sayaka's class is revealed as 2A. In chapter 5 of Oriko☆Magica, Mami's class is revealed as 3A.
- Of all known students, Kirika Kure is the only one whose class is not specified.
- A female Summer uniform is shown in The Veranda of Madoka spin-off.
- The school's architecture appears to be influenced by a glass prison in Austria called the Justice Center Leoben, and by Milan Cathedral.
