Holy Mami is an alternate form of Mami Tomoe in Magia Record. She unlocks this transformation in Episode 13 after fusing with the Rumor of Kamihama's Holy Maiden a while after she had joined the Wings of the Magius.

Holy Mami is the alternative version of Mami. Holy Mami still has blonde twin drills and yellow eyes. She has a cage-like crown, possibly symbolizing she's trapped in Maguis's lies. its gold on the outside, and red on the inside. Coming out of her crown is a cape-veil. The veil is a gray-light blue, with white floral patterns on the outer section. On the inside, it's a raspberry red. The trim of the veil is white full fur. Her outfit is the same as her magical form, but instead it's white. It has long sleeves, with circular frayed ends. At the bottom of the corset is a gold heart and crown, with ribbons coming out of it.
