I know Homura can stop time, and go back whenever the month is over or when Madoka dies. I know that when she stops time, only she and who/whatever she touches are the only one/things not affected by the time stop (she/they can still move despite having the time stopped). So the question is, what would it feel like being affected by Homura's time stop abilities (meaning you are stuck within the time along with everything else), and what would Homura look like in the perspective of a person who was frozen in time by her? Would someone just not move? Or would time continue in the perspective of the person within the time-stop?
